  • Draped 8′ back wall and 36″ side rails (Booth decorations may not exceed 8’ in height and side rail fixtures may not exceed 3’ in height in the front 5′ of booth space).

Layout Selection Process:

ASNR staff works with your team in creating the floorplan to save on time and resources.  We will send you a suggested floorplan based on the needed assets (furniture, poster kiosk, etc.), from there you are able to upgrade your options and make suggested changes. All floorplans are subject to final review/approval of ASNR staff, venue and expo company.

Booth/Space Assignments

Exhibitors are assigned space based on when the contract and payment is received. It is first come, first serve basis. At time of application, you make pick from available booths reflected on the interactive map. All booth assignments are subject to review and approval, final assignments will be sent no later than February 8, 2024.
