    1. WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15: Polling questions slides (PowerPoint file) must be uploaded for staff to build questions. Upload here: https://www.dropbox.com/request/0pdMUbpv1Qtut1U9hseV.
    2. MONDAY, MAY 6: Final presentation must be uploaded for staff to embed questions from PollEv.
    3. MONDAY, APRIL 29: 1st Zoom training sessions for presenters and moderators in sessions using polling.
    4. TUESDAY, MAY 7: 2nd Zoom training sessions for presenters and moderators in sessions using polling.
    5. THURSDAY, MAY 9: 3rd Zoom training sessions for presenters and moderators in sessions using polling.

Scientific Oral Abstract Presentations

  • Deadline for Slide Summaries: FRIDAY, APRIL 19
  • Deadline for Presentation Slides: No less than two hours before the session
