This may take up to 3 business days. Once you receive email confirmation of your ASNR membership approval, you can register for ASNR24 at the member rate.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to 4/15/2024 will receive a refund, less a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations received between 4/15/2024 and 5/8/2024 will receive a refund, less a $250 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after 5/8/2024. All requests to switch registration type, will be charged a $50 administration free. On-Demand registrations cannot be cancelled.

Please note change in on-demand access for non-registered ASNR members
ASNR24 content will become available online to all paid and registered attendees on June 5, 2024. At that time, those who did not pay/register can either purchase ASNR24 content online (ASNR members will receive a discount) or wait until June 2025 when it will become free to all ASNR members (there will continue to be a cost for non-members).
