Frequently Asked Questions (All Attendees)
To register click HERE. Please use your ASNR username and password to begin your ASNR 2024 registration.
If you forgot your password, go to ASNR. Click on “Login” then click “Forgot Your Password.”
Please note: If applying for ASNR membership to receive the discounted registration rate, you will need to wait to register for ASNR24 at the member rate until your ASNR membership has been approved. This may take up to 3 business days. Once you receive email confirmation of your ASNR membership approval, you can register for ASNR24 at the member rate.
After you have completed the registration process, please check your email. We will send you registration confirmation with your receipt. If you did not receive the email, please contact membership@asnr.org.
Cancellations received prior to 4/15/2024 will receive a refund, less a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations received between 4/15/2024 and 5/8/2024 will receive a refund, less a $250 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after 5/8/2024. All requests to switch registration type, will be charged a $50 administration free. On-Demand registrations cannot be cancelled.
All requests for cancellations must be sent in writing to membership@asnr.org.
No, name changes are not allowed. New registration and payment, if applicable, are required for registration. Registrations are non-transferable.

No, there will not be any live streaming during ASNR24. Sessions will be recorded and available on-demand on June 5, 2024. Content can be viewed at your leisure/as your time allows (no need to take days off of work)!
All programming will be available on-demand and sent via an access link to registrants on June 5, 2024.
CME credit is available for attending all sessions in person. You may also claim CME credit for on-demand sessions that you did not attend in person during ASNR24, unless a session is listed as Non-CME on the schedule.
All CME credits may be claimed through the ASNR Education Connection website at www.pathlms.com/asnr. Use your ASNR username and password to log-in (same as used during registration). Access to claim live and on demand CME credits will be provided ONLY to registered attendees.
Please note: Sessions will remain on the virtual platform until August 15, 2024, at which time they will migrate to ASNR’s Education Connection where attendees will be able to access content and claim CME credit indefinitely. These sessions allow you to earn approximately 63 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits ™ (combined in-person and virtual CME credits).

The American Society of Neuroradiology is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians and takes responsibility for the content, quality and scientific integrity of this CME activity.

A 3 day in-person registration includes all scheduled programming and meals/breaks/receptions for the designated days. The President’s Gala is an extra add-on for all packages. Your package also includes On-Demand access (no content will be livestreamed at the event).

A 5 day in-person registration includes all scheduled programming and meals/breaks/receptions for the entire event, this include the pre-conference symposia and main conference sessions. The President’s Gala is an extra add-on for all packages. Your package also includes On-Demand access (no content will be livestreamed at the event).

The President’s Gala is a dinner and party hosted by the current ASNR president where community achievements are recognized along with an elegant dinner, including entertainment, networking, and fun. The cost of the gala is $75. Tickets may be added on/purchased at the time of registration or at anytime prior to May 18 by clicking here. Yes, there is a meeting app available to in-person attendees. In addition to content the meeting app will have networking and Q&A opportunities. A link and instructions for accessing the app will be sent a week prior to the event.
