ERAS Application Process

For Fellowship Applicants:

To apply, please register and upload your application directly to ERAS:

  • Curriculum vitae
  • Personal statement
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Photocopy of the Dean’s letter from your medical school or ECFMG certificate
  • USMLE board scores

ERAS/SCARD Interview Timeline:
As established by the Society of Chairs of Academic Radiology Departments, there will be a common interview timeline for all Radiology Fellowships. For fellowships participating in the match interview/acceptance timeline will be as follows.

November 12, 2025December cycle fellowship applicants may begin submitting applications to programs at 9 am EDT.
December 3, 2025December cycle fellowship programs may begin reviewing applications at 9 am EDT.
January 12-March 31, 2026SCARD set fellowship interview dates
May 31, 2026ERAS 2026 season ends at 5 pm EDT.

ERAS Timeline
Review a timeline for applying for residency positions using the ERAS® system for the 2026 application season.

May 31, 2025ERAS season ends at 5 p.m. ET. 
June 4, 20252026 ERAS season begins at 9 a.m. ET. 
Sept. 3, 2025Residency applicants may begin submitting MyERAS® applications to programs at 9 a.m. ET. 
Sept. 24, 2025Residency programs may begin reviewing MyERAS applications and MSPEs in the PDWS at 9 a.m. ET.
May 31, 20262026 ERAS season ends at 5 p.m. ET. 

For Programs:

Programs must register annually through ERAS Account Maintenance (EAM).
