Polling During Focus Sessions

If your focus session has been approved to use polling, please note the following information:

  • Deadlines
    • FRIDAY, MAY 1: Polling questions slides (PowerPoint file) must be uploaded for staff to build questions.
    • THURSDAY, MAY 14: Final presentation slides must be uploaded for staff to embed questions from PollEv.
  • Polling training is available via Zoom upon request to Erica Kruse (ekruse@asnr.org).

  • Deadline for Presentation Slides: No less than two hours before the session

Presenter Frequently Asked Questions

Can I present virtually?
There are no formal virtual presentations. Virtual abstract types (ePoster, Educational Exhibits, Excerpta) that were not chosen to be included in the live showcase sessions will be available in Connect Online, ASNR26 online event platform, and on the kiosks around the conference. Your notification letter will indicate if you are expected to present in-person at ASNR26 or not. If you are scheduled to present in-person and can no longer do so, please inform Colleen Will at cwill@asnr.org.

Do co-authors need to appear in-person?
No.

What if main author can’t appear to present?
