To register CLICK HERE. Please use your ASNR username and password to begin your ASNR 2026 registration.
ASNR updated its membership database system in 2025. If you have not yet logged in and created a new password, you will need to do so before you Register. To create a new password click here and then “Click here to reset your password”. Once your password is created, you will be redirected to your profile where you can register for ASNR26 at Events>Upcoming Events. If you forgot your password, go to ASNR. Click on “Login” then click “Click here to reset your password.”
Please note: If applying for ASNR membership to receive the discounted registration rate, you will need to wait to register for ASNR26 at the member rate until your ASNR membership has been renewed or approved. This may take up to 3 business days. Once you receive email confirmation of your ASNR membership, you can register for ASNR26 at the member rate.

The in-person meeting begins Sunday, May 17, 2026, at 8:00 am with optional workshops (sign up during registration) and the official kickoff for everyone is 1:00 pm Sunday. The meeting will run until Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 3:30 pm.
After you have completed the registration process, please check your email. We will send you registration confirmation and confirmation order emails. To print a receipt log into your ASNR account and click on Purchases and then click on Recent Invoices. Click the PDF button and print or save your receipt. Or you can contact membership@asnr.org to request a receipt.
Cancellations received prior to April 13, 2026, will receive a refund, less a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations received between April 15, 2026, and May 8, 2026, will receive a refund, less a $250 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after May 8, 2026. All requests to switch
registration type, from in-person to on-demand, will be charged a $100 administration free.
All requests for cancellations must be sent in writing to membership@asnr.org.
No, name changes are not allowed. New registration and payment, if applicable, are required for registration. Registrations are non-transferable.
Content will NOT be streamed live from the event.
ePosters, Electronic Excerpta, and Educational Exhibits posters will be available in Connect Online, our online event platform. All ePosters and Exhibits will remain available in the Connect Online platform until September 1. Complete details on how to access these files will be shared prior to the meeting.
All ASNR26 sessions will be recorded and accessible post-event. Links to the recordings will be sent via email by June 1, 2026, and you will access them through the ASNR Education Connection website (log in with your ASNR username and password). All session recordings will remain available to registered attendees indefinitely.
Yes, there is closed captioning available with all on-demand content videos.

A 3 day in-person registration includes all scheduled programming and meals/breaks/receptions for the designated days. The ASNR Gala and Optional Sunday Workshops are extra add-ons for all packages. Your package also includes On-Demand access (no content will be livestreamed at the event).
Note: Your badge will indicate your package, and you will not be able to access functions outside of those days.

The ASNR Gala Boots and Bling themed evening honors our Award Winners and Volunteers. The Gala includes elevated barbeque, cocktails, line dancing and entertainment.
Please note: Online ticket sales close Saturday, May 16, 2026. To purchase a ticket for the ASNR Gala after May 16, 2026, please visit the ASNR Registration Desk on-site at the meeting. Limited tickets are available and will be sold until 12:00 pm CT on Monday, May 18, or until they sell out.
