Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to April 13, 2026, will receive a refund, less a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations received between April 15, 2026, and May 8, 2026, will receive a refund, less a $250 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after May 8, 2026. All requests to switch registration type, from in-person to on-demand, will be charged a $100 administration fee. If you registered for in-person, you must attend the in-person meeting to receive access to on-demand content.
All requests for cancellations must be sent in writing to membership@asnr.org
