    • Special user group or case study session (subject to review and approval): Partner may propose topic with member speakers or potential participants to Program Committee who will then review for alignment with current theme and session needs; if approval is granted, session will be placed and published as a breakout session in conference program

ASNR26 Exhibit Hall Hours

  • Sunday, May 17: 3:00 pm – 6:45 pm (Set-Up 9:00am – 1:30pm)
  • Monday, May 18: 11:30 am – 4:30 pm
  • Tuesday, May 19: 11:30 am – 4:30 pm
  • Wednesday, May 20: Morning break (Teardown 10:00 am -2:00 pm)

Layout Selection Process:
ASNR staff works with your team in creating the floorplan to save on time and resources.  We will send you a suggested floorplan based on the needed assets (furniture, poster kiosk, etc.), from there you are able to upgrade your options and make suggested changes. All floorplans are subject to final review/approval of ASNR staff, venue and expo company.

Included in all ASNR26 Packages
Placement of your choice, selected on first come first serve basis. Branding at event and in conference app. Full promotion and logistical support for Booth, Kiosk or Lounge. Full conference access for allotted staff registrations (all sessions and social events).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to 1/20/2026 will receive a $250 charge; after 1/20/2026 and before 4/1/2026 cancellations will receive a $750 fee Cancellations after 4/1/2025 will be charged the full amount. All cancellations must be received in writing to qualify for a refund.

Booth/Space Assignments
Exhibitors are assigned space based on when the contract and payment is received. It is first come, first serve basis. At time of application, you make pick from available booths reflected on the interactive map.

Location
The 2026 exhibit hall is located in the heart of the action, on the main activity level, next to registration and general session. ASNR26 is also offering Lounge and Kiosk spaces in the main thoroughfare hallway as an alternative to the hall. These are a great option for those wanting a quieter setting (no adjacent booths) but a constant and steady flow of traffic.
