ASNR 2024 Exhibitor and Sponsor Frequently Asked Questions

To help you navigate ASNR 2024, here is some vital information. If you do not see your question listed, please contact meetings@asnr.org.

ASNR 2024 will take place May 18-22, 2024 (Exhibition May 19-May 21) at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas.

Exhibits will be held in the Palace Ballroom – Exhibit Hall (Pacific Standard Time).

  • Saturday, May 18, 2024: 10:00 AM-4:00 PM — Setup for Exhibitors
  • Sunday, May 19, 2024: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM — Setup for Exhibitors
  • Sunday, May 19, 2024: 1:00 PM-7:15 PM — Desserts, Posters, Afternoon Break and Evening Reception
  • Monday, May 20, 2024: 11:30 AM-4:00 PM — Lunch, Posters, Afternoon Break and Special Sessions
  • Tuesday, May 21, 2024: 11:30 AM-4:00 PM — Lunch, Posters, Afternoon Break and Special Sessions
  • Wednesday, May 22, 2024: 8:30 AM-10:00 AM
  • Wednesday, May 22, 2024: 10:00 AM-5:00 PM — Teardown

At the time of booking, you may make your preferred selection from the open slots.  These are subject to final review/approval and your confirmed assignment will be sent to you on February 8, 2024.

Once you are registered as an exhibitor, you will receive a link to register your staff (available mid-March).

Yes, you can attend like any other attendee with full access to the conference content on-demand post-event. All content will be posted on-demand 7 days after the event concludes.

Exhibitor Registration is located on the 4th floor (Emperors Level) and open for the hours of:

  • Saturday, May 18, 8:30am-6pm
  • Sunday, May 19, 7am-7:00pm
  • Monday, May 20, 7am-5:30pm
  • Tuesday, May 21, 7am-5:30pm

Yes, a certificate of liability insurance will be required by the event expo company.

Cancellations prior to 1/19/2024 will receive a $250 charge; after 1/19/2024 and before 4/1/2024 cancellations will receive a $750 fee Cancellations after 4/1/2024 will be charged the full amount. All cancellations must be received in writing to qualify for a refund.

Outside food and beverage is not allowed in the hotel; however, you are able to order catering directly through the venue. Our attendees love specialty snacks, drinks, and desserts, during one of our receptions/breaks would be an ideal time for that addition. All specialty orders must be communicated to Lynn Brown lbrown@asnr.org.

All exhibitors’ information (including contact information and location) will be on our website, in our conference app and sent via a pre-conference email to all registered attendees.

Unfortunately, ASNR does not sell member contact information, however you will receive contact information from leads received at your event.

How are the innovation theater sessions executed?
Our innovation theater sessions are given in the theater lounge located in the exhibit hall during lunches and placed On-Demand in our virtual platform. Your exact presentation time/day will be sent to you on 4/1/2024.

How do I register my speaker for the event?
With your booth you receive 3-6 complimentary registrations, depending on your package. Your speaker should be in the list of names you submit as part of your complimentary registrations. Once you are registered as an exhibitor, you will receive a link to register your staff (available mid-February).
