ASHNR/ASNR 2027 Joint Annual Meeting Exhibitor and Partner Opportunities
Partnering with us offers many unique and unprecedented opportunities to interact with industry thought leaders and neuroradiologists of all career stages and practice settings.
Our partnering experience includes social interactions along with additional opportunities for product/service showcasing as well as face-to-face time with leaders of Neuroradiology.
2027 ASNR/ASHNR Joint Annual Meeting
This year, ASNR is partnering with ASHNR to hold both of our meetings in the same location during the same time-frame. Below are some points on how this will operate in 2027:
- ASHNR will be Friday/Saturday and Combined Programming will be Sunday
- ASNR will be Sunday (combined with ASHNR), Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- Exhibit Hall will be open Saturday Evening – Tuesday Afternoon
- Members are able to purchase packages based on length of stay
- Exhibitors/Partners will have the added benefit of both audiences in one place but only one meeting/travel to plan
Exhibitor Package Details
- Assigned 10×10 Booth Space
- Draped 8’ back wall and 36” side rails. (Booth decorations may not exceed 8’ in height and side rail fixtures may not exceed 3’ in height in the front 5’ of booth space).
- Complimentary booth package, which includes a branded countertop, two chairs, and one wastebasket
- Three conference registrations (additional available for purchase)
- Lead retrieval (one license) and pre-event attendee list (name and workplace)
- Branding and map placement on website, in conference app and in program
- Kiosk Structure (30” W x 8’ H) with Graphic Header (Company Logo)
- Complimentary two chairs and wastebasket

- Saturday, May 15: 8:30 am-2:30 pm (set-up); 4:00 pm-7:15 pm Open and Reception (6:15 pm)
- Sunday May 16: 11:00 am-4:00 pm Open with Lunch and Break in Hall; 5:30 pm-7:30 pm Lawn Reception with Special Exhibitor Stations
- Monday May 17: 11:00 am-4:00 pm Open with Lunch and Break in Hall
- Tuesday May 18: 11:00 am-1:00 pm Open with Lunch in Hall

Booth/Space Assignments
Exhibitors are assigned space based on when the contract and payment is received. It is first come, first serve basis. At time of application, you make pick from available booths reflected on the interactive map. All booth assignments are subject to review and approval, final assignments will be sent no later than February 10, 2027.
