The Host Organization will provide (describe what expenses and resources will be covered by the host organization): Ground transportation, hotel accommodation  and meals.  

Activities expected of the Professor: Professor expected to do didactic teaching and case reviews. In addition, he/she may review cases that have been read by residents for that week with them. Visit local hospitals.
