Where will the ASNR 2023 Annual Meeting take place?

April 29 – May 3, 2023 at the Sheraton Grand Chicago in Chicago.

How can I register for the ASNR 2023 Annual Meeting?

To register click HERE (registration coming soon). Please use your ASNR username and password to begin your ASNR 2023 registration.

If you forgot your password, go to ASNR. Click on Member Login then Click Forgot Your Password.

How do I get my confirmation email/receipt?

After you’ve finished the registration process, please check your email. We’ll send you a registration confirmation email. If you did not receive the email, please contact meetings@asnr.org. For a copy of your detailed meeting registration receipt, log into the ASNR website and click on Membership>Members Only Access>MyInvoices/Receipts. Receipts are located at the bottom of the page.

What is the registration cancellation/refund policy?

Cancellations received prior to 3/27/2023 will receive a refund, less a $150 administrative fee.  Cancellations received between 3/27/2023 and 4/28/2023 will receive a refund, less a $250 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after 4/29/2023. Cancellation policy and fee apply across the sum of all ASNR annual meeting offerings purchased. All requests for cancellations must be sent in writing to meetings@asnr.org.

Is there a way to reassign a meeting to a fellow representative or colleague?

No, name changes are not allowed. New registration and payment, if applicable, are required for registration. Registrations are non-transferable.

Where do I pick up my badge?

Badges can be picked up at the following location:
Level 4 Ballroom Promenade
Saturday 8AM– 6PM
Sunday – Wednesday 7AM – 6PM

Will any of the content be livestreamed, allowing me to access it outside of the session room in real-time?

Yes, the symposia, keynotes, general session and clinical updates will be live-streamed, and you will be able to view them in real-time via the conference app or virtual platform website.  Additionally, this content will be placed On-Demand.

Will breakout sessions be livestreamed?

No, breakout sessions will be available on-demand within 5 days after the event has ended. On-demand access to all meeting content will be available until August 15, 2023.

What content will be available On-Demand?

All programming will be available on-demand within 5 days after the event has ended. On-demand access to all meeting content will be available until August 15 2023.

Is there a meeting app?

Yes, there is a meeting app available to in-person attendees with a corresponding virtual event platform available to all registrants. In addition to content the meeting app will have networking and Q&A opportunities.

How can I participate in the Q&A as an in-person attendee?

Questions may be asked via aisle mics or via the conference mobile app.

How do I view the posters as an in-person attendee?

Posters may be viewed in the exhibit hall at the poster kiosks and also on-demand via the conference app and virtual event platform.

When will I receive access to the virtual platform and conference app?

A link and instructions for accessing the virtual platform and the app will be sent via email the week prior to the event.

How do I claim CME?

The process is the same for in-person and virtual attendees. CME credit is available for all sessions, live or recorded, to all attendees (unless noted as NON-CME).

To claim CME  credit, please use the unique link listed in each session description on the virtual meeting platform or on the conference smartphone app. You may need to log-in to the CME website. To obtain your certificate for each session, you will be asked to complete a brief survey. View, save or print certificates and transcripts on the My Learning – Completed Courses page of Education Connection. Credits will transfer automatically to the CME Gateway.

Please note: Sessions will remain on the virtual platform until August 15, 2023, at which time they will migrate to ASNR’s Education Connection where attendees will be able to access content and claim CME credit indefinitely. These sessions allow you to earn approximately 63 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (combined in-person and virtual CME credits). There are no SA-CME credits available during ASNR23.

Accreditation Statement:  The American Society of Neuroradiology is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME)to provide continuing medical education for physicians and takes responsibility for the content, quality and scientific integrity of this CME activity.

The American Society of Neuroradiology designates this live activity for a maximum of 27.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

I didn’t purchase a President’s Gala ticket when I registered. Can I still purchase and attend?
