The ASNR Engagement Incubation Summit provides a new opportunity for you to come together and work with other ASNR members to develop new initiatives to help reach these goals.

Through collaboration, mentorship, and creative exploration, participants of the ASNR Engagement Incubation Summit will learn more about ASNR and how we can work together to transform promising concepts into programs and services that deliver value to our members. We encourage you to apply for this Summit and discover how you can engage with ASNR in this new and innovative way!

The Summit will consist of up to 15 ASNR volunteers, select staff and a few members of the ASNR Board of Directors who will meet in Chicago March 20-21, 2027, (two half-days and one overnight) to learn, network, connect, and brainstorm. ASNR will cover the cost of travel, meals and hotel for selected applicants. All ASNR members are welcome to apply via a simple online application. The ASNR Board of Directors will evaluate Summit applications and select participants with staff input based on the following criteria:

  1. A one-page (or less) description of a passion or interest that could help ASNR meet the goals listed above.
  2. Quality (vs. quantity) ASNR volunteer experience; we encourage those within 10 years of completing your neuroradiology fellowship to apply.
  3. Commitment and time availability of the applicant to champion their interest and provide follow through.

Why should you apply?
This small-group setting allows you face time with ASNR leaders, staff and your peers who are all interested in making an impact on ASNR and neuroradiology. You’ll have a direct hand in helping shape potential ASNR programs and services to better serve our members, while spending time with a group of like-minded, engaged neuroradiologists from around the country. The key outcome of this Summit will be a list of actionable concepts, championed by attendees, to help ASNR meet its goals and help shape the future of neuroradiology.
