Getting to the Hotels – Pan Pacific Vancouver and the Fairmont Waterfront Vancouver

The Pan Pacific Vancouver is located directly above the Convention Centre Lobby – the escalators merge into it. The Fairmont Waterfront is right across the street of the Convention Centre. Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is approximately 9 miles from the hotels. An approximate taxi fare is $41.14 CAD (one-way).

Valet and Self-Parking: Parking services are operated by WestPark: +1 604-684-2291. Valet parking rates are $55.00 CAD per night. Where can I pick up my registration materials and badge? As a pre-registered attendee, you can retrieve your registration materials and badge at the Badge Pick-Up registration area. The Registration is located at the Convention Lobby (Convention Level) of the Vancouver Convention Centre East.   • Monday, June 4: Annual Meeting Reception with Technical Exhibitors: 6:15pm – 7:30pm PST at the Vancouver Convention Centre East Hall B (Convention Level).
