There are many flexible ways to register and attend The Symposium Neuroradiologicum XXII and the ASNR 2022 Annual Meeting. PLUS, we are offering risk-free registration: Register now and if your plans change, you can transfer your registration to an alternative form of participation at no additional cost.

Full Virtual Pass (Live and On-Demand):
The 2022 Full Virtual pass offers all sessions and posters on-demand PLUS offers you the added bonus of participating virtually in our live broadcast of focus and plenary sessions through a hybrid Q&A. On-demand access is also available for 90 days post-event.

In-Person (Bonus: Includes All On-Demand Content)
Join us in New York City to reconnect with colleagues, make new connections, enjoy planned social activities and experience hands-on specialized learning. Bonus: All In-Person Packages will include a full virtual pass. Vaccination required to attend in-person.

MIT Member Registration
Members in training must become an MIT member before registering ASNR22. This ensures you will receive the MIT Annual Meeting rate when registering.

ASNR Policies

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to 4/1/2022 will receive a refund minus a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations received between 4/13/2022 and 5/12/2022 will receive a refund minus a $250 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after 5/13/2022. Transfers of registration to alternative format may be made with no penalty fees at anytime. All requests for cancellations or transfers must be sent in writing to meetings@asnr.org.

ASNR Safety Policy
In accordance with the New York City mandate, ASNR will require proof of vaccination from all meeting attendees, ASNR staff and exhibitor personnel upon admittance to the Hotel.  Acceptable vaccines are those with U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) or World Health Organization (WHO) approval or emergency use authorization. Additional details on vaccine verification methods will be provided at a later date. In addition, face masks will be required in all public indoor spaces.  Masks covering the nose and mouth must be worn indoors throughout the duration of the meeting. Faculty may remove their masks while lecturing on stage to ensure attendees can hear their valuable lectures clearly.
