Symposium Neuroradiologicum XXII and the ASNR 2022 Annual Meeting Registration – FAQs
To help you navigate the event, here is some important information. If you do not see your question listed, please contact meetings@asnr.org or call 630-574-0220.
May 14 –18, 2022, at the New York Hilton Midtown in New York City.
After you’ve finished the registration process, please check your email. We’ll send you a registration confirmation with your receipt. If you did not receive the email, please contact meetings@asnr.org.
Cancellations received prior to 4/1/2022 will receive a refund minus a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations received between 4/13/2022 and 5/12/2022 will receive a refund minus a $250 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after 5/13/2022. All requests for cancellations must be sent in writing to meetings@asnr.org.
No, name changes are not allowed. New registration and payment, if applicable, are required for registration. Registrations are non-transferable.

Proof of vaccination will be required for all meeting attendees, staff and exhibitor personnel upon admittance to the New York Hilton Midtown. All guests must show proof of vaccination along with a government ID that matches the name on their vaccination card at the established Health & Safety Checkpoint. More information/updates on this will be sent closer to the meeting.
Yes, keynotes, plenary, focus and special sessions will be live-streamed, and you will be able to view them in real-time via the conference app or virtual platform website. Additionally, this content will be placed On-Demand.
All programming will be available on-demand after the event has ended. On-demand access to all meeting content will be available for 90 days post event.
Yes, there is a meeting app available to in-person attendees with a corresponding virtual event platform available to all registrants. In addition to content the meeting app will have networking and Q&A opportunities.
Questions may be asked either via aisle mics or via the conference app from your seat in the room.
Posters may be viewed in the exhibit hall at the poster kiosks and on-demand via the conference app and virtual event platform.
A link and instructions for accessing the virtual platform and the app will be sent via email the week prior to the event.
The process is the same for in-person and virtual attendees. CME credit is available for all sessions, live or recorded, to all attendees (unless noted as NON-CME).
To claim CME and SA-CME credit, please use the unique link listed in each session description on the virtual meeting platform or on the conference smartphone app. You may need to log-in to the CME website. To obtain your certificate for each session, you will be asked to complete a brief survey. SA-CME sessions also require a post-test for completion. View, save or print certificates and transcripts on the My Learning – Completed Courses page of Education Connection. Credits will transfer automatically to the CME Gateway.
Please note: Session recordings will be available in the virtual meeting platform for 90 days. After 90 days, the session recordings will move to Education Connection, where you can continue to claim credits for sessions you watched during and after ASNR22.

The American Society of Neuroradiology designates this enduring material for a maximum of 77.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
From the course page in Education Connection: scroll to the top of the page and click on “Sign In” located at the top right-hand side of this page. If you have not entered the Education Connection site recently, you may need to log-in to Education Connection. After logging in, go back to the session page in Education Connection and refresh the webpage to access the LAUNCH button. After completing the required survey and/or post-test, completed certificates and transcripts are stored on the My Learning – Completed Courses page.
