ASNR/RSNA Sponsor Course on Comparative Effectiveness Research

The Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) and the American Society of Neuroradiology (ASNR) are enthusiastic to jointly sponsor a hands-on interactive training course in comparative effectiveness research (CER). The main goal of the course is to provide an introduction to the methodology and tools for performing CER to junior faculty in radiology. The course faculty consists of well-established leaders in CER. The format of the course includes web-based online modules, 1.5 day in-person course and Webex conferences. To be considered for the course, applicants would need to submit letters of recommendation from their chair and/or program director as well as a statement of their interest in CER. The expectation would be that each attendee would draft a proposal for a grant application for extramural funding.
