JOIN US NEXT YEAR – CALL FOR ABSTRACTS OPENING SOON!

Message from the Program Chair

Please join us May 22-27, 2021 for the 59th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Neuroradiology in San Francisco being held at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis. The theme for the meeting, “Bridging New Horizons of Innovation & Practice,” will provide a forum to exchange ideas, describe imaging challenges and solutions for best clinical practice, and showcase the latest developments in research and technological innovations.  The opening symposium will focus on neuro-oncologic imaging including state-of-the-art imaging, diagnosis and response to therapy, clinical management, applications of artificial intelligence, radiogenomics, and future directions in the era of precision medicine.

San Francisco’s Golden Gates will welcome us. This iconic city, with its s spectacular views of the San Francisco Bay and Pacific Ocean, has a myriad of cultural and natural attractions, diverse communities, world-class cuisine, and internationally known hospitals and universities. It serves as a global hub for some of the most promising initiatives in medical technology and innovation, making this city an ideal site for our meeting. Conference presentations will include the latest updates in general neuroradiology and dedicated specialty programming from the ASFNR, ASHNR, ASPNR, ASSR and SNIS.  Other talks will also address health policy content, artificial intelligence neuroimaging applications, and the neuroimaging manifestations of COVID-19.

The 2021 Annual ASNR meeting will give us the opportunity to learn, share and interact with friends, colleagues, exhibitors, trainees, researchers and distinguished keynote speakers in person amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. I look forward to welcoming you in scenic San Francisco on May 22, 2021.
