Focus Session Presenters

Focus session presentations will be displayed in a virtual conference format.
The conference will consist largely of pre-recorded content, with some live elements and chat functionality, making it easy to ask questions of presenters (with more time to do so than in the live conference setting). Contact education@asnr.org with any questions.

Abstract Presenters

All abstract-based presentations will transition to electronic posters to give the accepted presentations an opportunity to share their work with other members of the neuroradiology and wider medical/research communities. Contact education@asnr.org with any questions.

Do I need to register for the event?

No, we will register all presenters automatically.

How should I format my presentation file(s)?

Click on your presentation type to see guidelines for creating your files. 

How should I submit my presentation file(s)?

Focus session presentations should be submitted through the virtual conference platform, vConference. Refer to the Focus Session Presenters Instructions for upload instructions. 

Abstract presentations should be submitted through the online poster platform, Morressier. Check your email on Monday, March 30 for a unique upload link.

How/where is my abstract presentation displayed?

ASNR is using an upload system and catalog from a company called Morressier, through which the posters will be viewed and searchable in our virtual event and on the web. They will be archived online for at least one year.

How/where will my focus session presentation be broadcast?

The conference will consist largely of pre-recorded content, with some live elements and chat functionality, making it easy to ask questions of presenters (with more time to do so than in the live conference setting). 

After sessions are released according to the virtual event schedule, they will be immediately available OnDemand. All sessions will have a chat area to connect with presenters and other attendees.

How do I participate in discussion/Q&A with virtual meeting attendees?

All sessions will have a chat area to connect with presenters and other attendees. Please refer to the virtual event schedule for your session time

Are there any important reminders for presenters?

Disclosure should be included in your presentation or on your poster. You must list disclosures or clearly state that you have no disclosures to report. 

Academic and healthcare institution logos are permitted. No commercial interest LOGOS should be included in your materials. However, you may acknowledge the company(ies) work or contribution to your presentation.
