The ASNR 2023 Annual Meeting Registration – Transforming the Future of Neuroradiology – FAQs

To help you navigate the event, here is some important information. If you do not see your question listed, please contact meetings@asnr.org or call 630-574-0220.

To register click HERE. Please use your ASNR username and password to begin your ASNR 2023 registration.

If you forgot your password, go to ASNR. Click on Member Login then Click Forgot Your Password.

After you’ve finished the registration process, please check your email. We’ll send you a registration confirmation email. If you did not receive the email, please contact meetings@asnr.org. For a copy of your detailed meeting registration receipt, log into the ASNR website and click on Membership>Members Only Access>MyInvoices/Receipts. Receipts are located at the bottom of the page.

Cancellations received prior to 3/27/2023 will receive a refund, less a $150 administrative fee.  Cancellations received between 3/27/2023 and 4/28/2023 will receive a refund, less a $250 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after 4/29/2023. Cancellation policy and fee apply across the sum of all ASNR annual meeting offerings purchased. All requests for cancellations must be sent in writing to meetings@asnr.org.

No, name changes are not allowed. New registration and payment, if applicable, are required for registration. Registrations are non-transferable.

Yes, the Symposia, keynotes and plenary sessions will be live-streamed, and you will be able to view them in real-time via the virtual platform website.  Additionally, clinical updates and breakout sessions will be placed On-Demand post-event. Abstract-based sessions will only be available to in-person attendees and will not be recorded.

Virtual participants may join a session up to 15 minutes early.

Yes, for live streamed sessions, you will be able to ask questions in real-time to the presenters via the chat function on the virtual platform.

Posters may be viewed On-Demand via the virtual event platform by clicking on the “ePoster Library” board located on the left menu once you login.

Login access will be sent out the week prior to the event start date.  To access the session recordings and streamed content you will be able to visit the virtual meeting website at the start of the meeting.  Full instructions to be sent the week prior to the event’s start date.

The process is the same for in-person and virtual attendees. CME credit is available for all sessions, live or recorded, to all attendees (unless noted as NON-CME).

After the meeting adjourns on Wednesday, May 3, visit the Education Connection catalog to claim CME for ASNR23. After completing the overall conference evaluation, a certificate will be provided for the full meeting on the My Learning Completed Courses page. If you need a transcript of sessions attended, contact education@asnr.org to complete a session reporting form.

Please note: Sessions will remain on the virtual platform until August 15, 2023, at which time they will migrate to ASNR’s Education Connection where attendees will be able to access content and claim CME credit indefinitely. These sessions allow you to earn approximately 63 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (combined in-person and virtual CME credits). There are no SA-CME credits available during ASNR23.

From the course page in Education Connection: scroll to the top of the page and click on “Sign In” located at the top right-hand side of this page. If you have not entered the Education Connection site recently, you may need to log-in to Education Connection. After logging in, go back to the session page in Education Connection and refresh the webpage to access the LAUNCH button. After completing the required survey and/or post-test, completed certificates and transcripts are stored on the My Learning – Completed Courses page.
