Introduction

The Internet has significantly changed the way radiologist function. I Google issues several times daily (http://www.google.com), to learn more about disease processes, radiologic issues, or just to see what is out there. There is an amazing variety of information on the Net, and it has been reported that Google (one of the best search engines) is only looking at less than 1% of it. Those of you who know how statistics can warp data can understand this statement if you consider the vast amount of data on the internet that exists only as data warehouses that are not directly catalogued by Google type worms that are constantly searching and cataloging pages.
