The following information is provided to help assist our international attendees with the visa application process:

ASNR encourages international attendees to contact their Consular Section of the Embassy or Consulate near their location to determine how to apply and what is required to complete the visa application process. Allow a minimum of six (6) months to complete the visa applications process.
A visa only allows travel to the U.S. port of entry.

ASNR cannot intervene with either the United State Embassy or with the State Department on behalf of any participant.

Letter of Invitation
If you need a personal letter of invitation to attend the meeting, contact meetings@asnr.org and include the following in your email with subject line “ASNR 2012 Invitation Letter”:
1.) Your Full Name
2.) Hospital/ Institution/Affiliation/Organization
3.) Complete Mailing address
4.) Phone Number
5.) Email Address
6.) Any other specific information required for your country
