Acceptance Notification
Notice of abstract acceptance for presentation at the ASNR 43rd Annual
Meeting was sent via email on February 4, 2005 to the person listed as the
primary author of submitted abstracts. If notice has not been received,
click here to view submitted abstract notices using your login and password.

Abstract Corrections and Changes
Corrections and changes to submitted abstracts can only be made by ASNR
staff. Requests for corrections or changes to a submitted abstract or
requests to withdraw an abstract must be submitted in writing to ASNR by
Friday, March 4, 2005. Submit requests to: Barbara Schell, CAE, Manager of
Scientific Meetings, via letter, fax to 630-574-1740 or email to bschell@asnr.org.

NeuroNews Abstract

Research and Emerging Clinical Trends Abstracts
A very limited number of abstracts will be selected for oral presentation in the NeuroNews session at the 2005 Annual Meeting. NeuroNews abstracts address significant technology and clinical developments in Neuroradiology that emerge after the November abstract submission deadline, are of a relevant nature for attendees and should be heard at the May, 2005 meeting. Submissions must have scientifically proven hypothesis with scientific merit and urgency for presentation (large series/studies not needed), include a broader educational message, and a more general perspective.
Required abstract format: Purpose, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusions.
Note: Papers submitted during the Fall 2004 submission and not accepted for presentation at the ASNR 2005 Annual Meeting are not eligible for re-submission in the NeuroNews category.
Deadline for submission of NeuroNews Abstracts: 5:00pm (PST), Friday, April 15, 2005.

Submission Instructions
Abstract Submission Criteria
- Published, previously presented or previously submitted works should not
be submitted.
- Format abstract text using headings required.
- Maximum length: 500 words; Graphic file equals 100 words;
Table equals 50 words.
For Graphics
Charts, graphs and tables may be included.
For each abstract submitted:
- Only one graphic file with a maximum of two images is permitted.
- Required Graphic file resolution is 300 dpi or greater.
- Maximum size of printed file is 3 in. by 3 in.
Note: A submitted graphic that is larger than the required size
will be reduced accordingly, which may significantly reduce the quality of
the graphic.
- Only jpg and gif formats are accepted online.
Emphasis Information for All Abstract Submissions
- The American Journal of Neuroradiology (AJNR) has first right of
publication of papers accepted for presentation at the ASNR 43rd Annual
Meeting.
- Presenters of accepted abstracts must register for the ASNR 2005 Annual
Meeting. Registration fees are not waived.
- NeuroNews submissions must be presented in digital format if
accepted.
