Information for International Attendees

If you need a personal letter of invitation to attend the meeting, contact Lindsay Nail, meetings@asnr.org and include your full name, hospital/institution, complete mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, and any other specific information required for your country.

The following information is provided to help assist our international attendees with the visa application process:

• ASNR encourages attendees to contact the Consular Section of the Embassy or Consulate near their location to determine how to apply and the likely time required to complete the visa application process. Please visit the following link for more information: www.UnitedStatesVisas.gov
• Allow a minimum of six months to complete the visa application process.
• A visa only allows travel to a U.S. port of entry.

ASNR cannot intervene with either the U.S. Embassy or with the State Department on behalf of any participant.
