Thank you for choosing to exhibit at the NER
Foundation Symposium and ASNR 43rd Annual Meeting at the Metro Toronto
Convention Centre.
ASNR Housing Block
If you intend to use the ASNR Housing Block and have not yet
sent in your Housing form, please send in the form and payment and we will
credit your company 10% of your booth fee 4-6 weeks after the meeting.
Please submit your rooming list and advance housing payment to the ASNR
Headquarters Office by Friday, March 4, 2005. This will ensure your
company's hotel reservations, a greater chance of getting those rooms at our
conference rate hotel and to receive the 10% discount on total booth
fees.
Exhibitor Q & A Session:
Each exhibiting company is invited to participate in an open discussion and
Q & A Session on the ASNR Technical Exhibition and Annual Meeting. This
session will be held Monday, May 23, 2005 with further details provided in
the Service Kit. See this page for
further details
Deadline for Final Payment
As a reminder, the deadline for receipt of final payment on exhibit rental
is Friday, February 25, 2005. If you have not yet done so, please submit
final payment as soon as possible to confirm your preferred booth location.
A final invoice has been be emailed.
