What You Need to Know
What You Need to Know
Come to Toronto!
The world within a city™ doesn't just refer to the wealth of
dining, shopping and theatre experiences that Toronto has to offer; the
personality of the city is reflected in this slogan as well.
Toronto is known as one of the most culturally diverse cities in the world,
and takes pride in the knowledge that they do not have to be homogenous to
have a peaceful, thriving city.
Toronto's personality is an expression of its people. Rather than a melting
pot, Toronto is represented by a mosaic of colorful cultures from around the
world. Individuals often retain their cultural identities - complete with
traditions, languages and customs - while extending a united hand of
friendship, openness and pride to the world as Torontonians.
You'll see these personalities in the vibrant, quirky neighborhoods. You'll
experience it in the diversity of the arts, theatres, and dining. And you'll
find it in the smiles on the faces of the locals as they welcome you to this
great city.
Metro Toronto Convention
Centre
The Metro Toronto Convention Centre, the Annual Meeting venue, is Canada's
largest convention centre, located in Toronto's dynamic downtown core. The
Centre is surrounded by Toronto's prominent sports arenas including the Air
Canada Centre and the SkyDome, attractions including the CN Tower, theatres,
hotels, retails shops, and more. This will allow Annual Meeting attendees to
enjoy the Toronto atmosphere while being updated on the newest clinical and
technical developments in neuroradiology.

low humidity. The monthly high and low average temperatures for May are:
