  This year the ASNR has a new on-line pre-submission tool to assist you with your presentation experience. You can now simply go on-line and pre-submit your electronic presentation avoiding any delays in the speaker ready room. The deadline to pre-submit your electronic presentation is Thursday, June 3, 2004 at 5:00 pm (PST). After this time, you must go to the Speaker Ready Room, located in Room 605/610 (Level 6) in the Washington State Convention & Trade Center. Include all embedded video files for presentations that will contain video clips. Your login for the site is your email address. You may return to the website anytime before the deadline to delete a file that you have already submitted and re-submit a new file in the event that you've made changes to a presentation.

• Submit your eSE or CAE materials
  Those selected to participate in the pilot eSE program or to present a CAE need to upload the files for their presentations via this form. You do not need to log in to use this service; however, you must name your files either SE###.ppt or CAE###.ppt. (e.g. SE12.ppt or CAE8.ppt). If you need to re-submit your files after you have uploaded them, or if you have any questions or need assistance, please email Carolyn Shelby at cshelby@asnr.org or call 630-574-0220 x241 during normal business hours.

• Abstract Presenters
  2004 Online Abstract Submission Site is closed. Click here for more information on abstract corrections and changes, and abstract notification.

  Abstract submitters can get a printer friendly version of their abstract by clicking here and logging into the ASNR online submission site.

  To obtain a copy of your learning objectives, click here and print out a copy of your presentation summary and objectives. Please have your login and password available.
