Thank you for choosing to exhibit at the NER Foundation Symposium and ASNR 42nd Annual Meeting at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center. Exhibition dates are Tuesday, June 8 - Thursday, June 10 with the Welcome Reception from 6:00pm - 7:30pm on Monday, June 7.
Note: If you intend to use the ASNR Housing Block and have not yet sent in your Housing form, please send in the form and payment and we will credit your company 10% of your booth fee 4-6 weeks after the meeting. Please submit your rooming list and advance housing payment to the ASNR Headquarters Office by Friday, March 19, 2004. This will ensure your company's hotel reservations, a greater chance of getting those rooms at our conference rate hotel and to receive the 10% discount on total booth fees.
New for 2004: ASNR will have the Wednesday night reception in the exhibit hall to allow for more interaction with attendees. It will be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2004 from 6:00pm - 7:30pm.
Exhibitor Breakfast: Each exhibiting company is invited to designate two (2) representatives to participate in a breakfast with open discussion and feedback on the ASNR Technical Exhibition and Annual Meeting. This breakfast will be held Wednesday, June 9, 2004 with further details provided in the Service Kit.
As a reminder, the deadline for receipt of final payment on exhibit rental is Friday, March 12, 2004. If you have not yet done so, please submit final payment as soon as possible to confirm your preferred booth location. A final invoice will be mailed in late February.
