• Abstract Disposition Notification
  Notification of abstract acceptance for presentation at the ASNR 42nd Annual Meeting was sent via email on Monday, March 1, 2004. Abstract submitters who did not receive their notification email should contact Barbara Schell, Manager of Scientific Meetings at bschell@asnr.org.

  To Get A Copy of An Abstract: Abstract submitters can access a printer friendly version of their abstract by clicking here and logging in to the ASNR online submission site. Login and password are required.

  Abstract Corrections and Changes: Corrections and changes to submitted abstracts can only be made by ASNR staff. Requests for corrections or changes to a submitted abstract should be submitted by Friday, March 12, 2004. Requests to withdraw an abstract are accepted at any time and must be submitted in writing to ASNR.

  Submit corrections, changes and withdraw requests to: Barbara Schell, CAE, Manager of Scientific Meetings, via letter, fax to 630-574-1740 or email to bschell@asnr.org.

  To withdraw an abstract, a written request (email, fax or letter) must be sent by the submitting author to:

• Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) Compliance
  By ASNR policy, the content of all educational presentations given at ASNR meetings must be in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services regulations implementing this act. To comply with HIPAA regulations, patient confidentiality must be maintained in all educational presentations (oral, printed or electronic). Every abstract presented at the ASNR Annual Meeting is viewed by members of the ASNR Audio Visual Committee or Scientific Exhibits Committee to identify ways to improve oral and visual presentations and to monitor HIPAA compliance.
